Send an e-mail to tony@tctoons.com with attached  photo  and  details  of what you would like in the cartoon portrait and whether you would like it framed. You  will  then  receive a sketch outline of your picture for your approval along with a paypal request. You can add, change or remove anything. Your  portrait  will  be coloured as soon as payment is received. I will send you a colour version for your approval before posting. If all ok I will confirm the delivery address and post 'signed for' or special next day delivery if necessary.
